The Art of Self-Healing and Seeking Guidance
Nov 30, 2023As someone who has devoted over 18 years to the mental health field, I've encountered various struggles, from managing emotions to severe cases involving self-harm and suicidal ideation.
Working within an inpatient psychiatric facility exposed me firsthand to the challenges of helping others through their darkest moments, often necessitating physical restraint to ensure safety.
Despite this extensive experience, it wasn't until my own spiritual awakening in 2016 that I truly grasped the essence of healing.
I realized that healing isn't passive; it's an active commitment that one must undertake.
It became evident that true healing doesn't involve merely receiving assistance but actively engaging in the process of self-transformation.
In my journey, I've observed that some healers haven't embarked on their own healing path, while others have traversed their personal healing journeys.
Those who've navigated their inner healing are better equipped to guide others because they comprehend that healing isn't about fixing others but empowering them to heal themselves.
Active participation in one's healing journey involves integrating the lessons learned from healers into daily life.
It's akin to building muscles; repetition and progression are vital.
Attending therapy or seeking a healer's support once a week isn't sufficient. Daily commitment and practice are essential for true transformation.
This requires heightened self-awareness regarding triggers, mindset, and internal energy.
Understanding and programming your own energy facilitate profound internal transformation, allowing healing from within.
When seeking guidance on your healing journey or aligning your energy, it's crucial to find someone who empowers self-sufficiency.
While seeking help is necessary at times, learning the tools and actively incorporating them into your journey fosters independence.
This knowledge helps in addressing the root causes of issues rather than relying continuously on external aid.
Incorporating spiritual healing into your transformative journey facilitates unearthing deeply embedded energies within your body, mind, and soul. It not only aids in releasing old energies but also offers profound self-discovery, enabling a more harmonious life flow.
Remember, you are your own healer, yet it's perfectly acceptable to seek guidance.
Embrace your healing journey as an active participant, and allow the wisdom gained to empower your self-transformation.
Through this balance of self-effort and seeking guidance, true healing and personal growth blossom.
