Before I grasped the concept of energy, I was oblivious to the profound connection between the energy I harbored within and its impact on the world around me.
It was a baffling revelation that many of the recurring struggles I faced were, in essence, reflections of my own self-beliefs.
I was projecting the notion that others didn't like me, weren't trustworthy, or would eventually abandon me or treat me unfairly, all the while doing the same disservice to myself. In my quest for external love and approval, I was neglecting the most vital love of all – self-love.
As I've embarked on my journey of healing and delved deeper into the world of energy and its role in shaping our external reality, I've come to appreciate the idea that positive relationships and experiences often begin within ourselves.
To harmonize with the positive aspects of life, we must first focus on our inner world.
By nurturing a sense of safety within ourselves, by tending to the wounds that hinder our recognition of our divine essence, created by the very source of love itself, we rewire our minds to believe that we are worthy of nurturing, supportive relationships and experiences.
However, to attract these, we must start from within.
Commence your journey by cultivating an inner sanctuary of security.
Only then can you authentically find security and fulfillment in your interactions with others. Just as within, so without – by fostering an internal environment of safety within your relationships, you create a space for this security to be reciprocated.
